• Unwind with sound and breath — guided exercises, breathing, and immersive audio to help you slow down.
• See your story — thoughtful reflections that mirror your own words back to you, so small shifts don't go unnoticed.

Your reflections are yours. fine does not sell your personal data, show ads, or use your private content for third-party advertising. You control your permissions, and you can export or delete your data anytime from Settings.
