What's new in ZeroTow 1.5 Faster sign-in • Signing in now takes just your phone number and the code we text you. New to ZeroTow? We'll ask for your name and email after the code. • Requesting a tow or applying to drive still takes your details in one step, with a quick "Sign in" link if you already have an account. • The code now signs you in the moment the last digit is entered. Notifications you won't miss • Alerts about your tow, messages and account updates now pop up reliably on your screen. • Settings › Push Status has a working "Send Test" that tells you right away whether notifications can reach your phone. Staying in touch on a live tow • New, cleaner Call and Message buttons for customers and drivers during an active job. For customers • While we find your driver you'll see a calm "Looking for the closest driver to you…" message instead of a countdown. • You now get a text and a notification the moment a driver takes your tow. • Cancelling a scheduled tow tells you up front whether any charge applies. For drivers • Bonuses now show on the job card and the accept screen, so the payout you see is the payout you get. • Monthly earnings statements are available under Earnings. • The job you're working on stays at the top of your list. The stuck driver screen. Fixed properly — the active job now refreshes on four triggers instead of none: the 8-second poll, returning to the app (including the native signal that wasn't wired up), the upload queue emptying, and an optimistic step-forward so the screen can't jump backwards. This also fixes the job not clearing when the customer confirms delivery — same cause. "Get help" on every step of a live job, both sides. Offers call and email, and carries the tow reference into both. The last unclickable help numbers on the driver's job screen and the website.

Clearer pricing. Long tows now cost less per mile, and you can see exactly how your price is worked out before you book. Confirm your vehicle has arrived. You'll get a photo of your car at the drop-off, with the location, and you decide when the job is done. Better on a weak signal. Photos, messages and job updates are held and sent automatically when you're back online. Easier to reach us — (844) ZERO-TOW appears wherever something goes wrong.
