VeilMesh is an end-to-end encrypted messenger for teams and people who care about privacy. No phone number, no email — your identity is a cryptographic key that only you hold.
HYBRID MESH — MESSAGES WITHOUT INTERNET
When the internet is available, VeilMesh uses its secure relay. When it isn't, text messages travel phone to phone over Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, hopping across nearby devices until they reach the recipient. The switch is automatic. Ideal for field teams, events, hiking, travel and emergencies.

Private relays
• Join a relay run by your company or team with the link its admin sends you. Your other chats stay on VeilMesh as before.
• Chats on a private relay are kept by that relay under its own rules, shown at the top of each chat.
• Calls work in chats on a private relay.
• Groups on a private relay: create one from New Group and pick the relay under Where.
Group bots
• Add bots to your groups. A bot is a group member with its own keys, bound to the person who created it.
• Create a bot in Profile > My Bots and run it with veilmesh-bot. Group members see which bots are in a group and which AI services a bot sends messages to, if any.
• A group creator can accept or decline a bot another member suggests. Revoking a bot removes it from every group.

• Message Details shows how an incoming message reached you: VeilMesh, a private relay or nearby devices.
• Leaving a group now closes the chat.
• Notifications and unread counts no longer mix up a home chat with a relay chat with the same person.
