You get one single case to attempt. Then you have to pay. How can I tell if it’s worth purchasing after only 5 minutes of play time? I would like more time to play it before I have to decide if it’s worth purchasing or not

There are so many glitches. I have 70 years old in the pediatric clinic biological men in the gynecology clinic. You can’t give referrals for pt or anything like that you have to give a medicine even if not needed. No option for clinical things in office. For example why can’t I do a maneuver to help their pain in office? So bad I’m gonna go and ask for my money back it’s a scam

The first case was fun but I could never solved it. We need free cases and paid ones also. It’s unfair to only being able to do one case but the people that pay get to do more. Please make this app available for both sides.
