Log Activity — track walks, sport, and active recovery from the Progress tab. Activities appear in your session timeline, and Forge Coach now takes your full week into account. New exercises: Leg Press, Leg Extension, and Calf Raise.

Swap exercises Long-press any exercise during a workout or in the program editor to swap it for a similar alternative. Forge suggests the most relevant replacements based on muscle group, equipment, and movement pattern, with a swipeable carousel to browse options. Reorder exercises Long-press and drag any exercise card during a workout to reorder your session on the fly. Other General usability tweaks and bug fixes.

Cycle tracker Female athletes can now log their menstrual cycle and see phase-based training guidance from a home screen shortcut. The icon gently animates when your period is due, and tapping it shows your current phase, where you are in your cycle, and what that means for today's training. Distance tracking Log duration and distance together for cardio exercises like running. Choose kilometres or miles in your profile settings. Also in this update: the workout timer now shows hours for long sessions, the exercise library has been expanded and cleaned up, and various layout improvements have been made throughout the app.
