What's new • Several services in one visit: in the app and on the studio's booking page, pick more than one service before moving on. As you add them you see how many there are, how long they take altogether and what they will cost. Only the professionals who do all of them are offered — somebody who does the cut but not the colour is not shown for the pair — and the visit is booked in one go, back to back, rather than one service at a time. • Manual booking takes several services too: booking on a client's behalf, the studio builds the sitting line by line. Each service carries its own length and its own price, and starts either right after the one above it or at a time you set. Gaps between services are shown, an overlap is flagged before you save, and the time the whole visit ends is always in view. Improvements • One reminder per visit, not one per service: somebody who books three services for the same trip gets one nudge, not three. The same in the phone's calendar — add to calendar saves a single entry, from the start of the first service to the end of the last. • Cancel a whole visit in one step, instead of calling off each service in turn. • In manual booking, the service list now shows only what the chosen professional actually does. It used to be possible to pick a pairing the studio never made and find out it had been refused at the end. • The quiet button now follows the theme's colours. It was the one control that stayed the same cream whichever palette you were on, and the spinner inside it was white on white: the button looked frozen. • Past bookings look past again, dimmed the way they were meant to be.

This update puts three things back where they belong: the size of the text, the way back when you are browsing studios, and the options the app was showing to people who never needed them. What's new • Text sized to the screen: the app's sizes were drawn on a wide phone and then used, unchanged, on every other one. On a narrower screen — which is most Android phones — that left the whole app a size too big: headings too large, cards too tall, everything pressed up against the edges. Text now follows the width of the screen, so more fits on a line and the app settles back down. On the screens it was drawn for, nothing changes. • Going back while browsing studios: opening a studio from home, going back, then opening the studio list left that list sitting on top of a studio you had already closed — and Back took you there again instead of out. Picking a studio from that list was worse: the list vanished, and going back dropped you out of browsing altogether, filters and search gone with it. The way back is now the way you came. Improvements • A client's profile no longer shows purchase options. Booking, reminders and messages cost nothing, there is no trial to run out and no subscription to buy — and there was nothing there to restore. All it left was a card that read like a bill, on the screen you open to change your name and photo. • Notification settings show only what can actually reach you. A client no longer sees the switch for requests to join a studio, which they are on neither end of. And ratings are now described from the side of the person giving one: the nudge to rate a booking once it is done, rather than the notice a studio gets when somebody rates them.

This update is about the day you cannot work: marking time off over bookings you have already taken is no longer a dead end. What's new • Time off on a day with bookings: when the time off you are marking lands on bookings already in the diary, the app no longer just names them. You decide there and then what happens to each one — hand it to a colleague who is genuinely free at that hour, or cancel it — and the time off is saved in the same act. If one colleague is free for all of them, you can hand over the lot in a single tap. • A message for the clients: you can write a line that travels with the notice of the transfer or the cancellation. And before you save, you see how each client will hear about it — in the app, by text or by email — and which ones you will have to ring yourself. • The freed hour, booked in one tap: when a slot opens up, whoever is on the waitlist now gets the time as a button on the notice itself. If someone else gets there first, the booking form opens with the service, the professional and the day already filled in. • A price per booking: you can set what one particular booking is charged at — a discount for a regular, extra work, a free touch-up — without touching the service's price. Leave it alone and the service's price applies as before. • Picking the time is a different thing now: a strip of four weeks of days, suggested start times grouped into morning, afternoon and evening with the taken hours marked, and the wheel for an exact time when you need one. The time you pick is no longer lost when you change the day. Improvements • The studio page now shows the whole menu, grouped by kind of service, instead of four loose rows: a studio that does nails and waxing and hair stops reading as only one of those. The same groups follow you through booking. • Sharing your booking link sends a sentence saying whose it is and what it does. It used to go out as a bare address, which in a bio or a group chat reads like spam. • Waitlist notices open the waitlist when you tap them in the notification list. Until now only the phone's own notification did that. • The button to join a waitlist shows as off when you already hold a place for that day. • On iPhone, the date and time pickers open in a sheet of their own with a confirm step: the minute wheel is no longer cut off on the schedule screens, and nothing changes until you confirm. • The + on the diary says what each action adds, and a second tap closes it.

This update opens the app up to studios that would rather take bookings over the phone, and turns building your service list into something you finish in seconds. What's new • Studios that book directly: when a studio's services are arranged by talking to them rather than online, its page now shows you how: call, WhatsApp or text, right where there used to be nothing to tap. WhatsApp appears when the number is written in international form, with its country code. • Message the professional you want: on the studio page, any professional with an international number can be reached on WhatsApp directly, without going through the front desk. • Start your service list in seconds: a studio with no services yet now sees a panel of suggestions for its line of work. Tap one and the form opens ready filled in, either to save as it stands or to adjust. If you would rather start from nothing, a custom service is still one tap away. • Services that cost nothing: a service priced at zero now shows as Free instead of an empty price, for consultations and first assessments you do not charge for. Improvements • Text and icons drawn on coloured backgrounds now pick the shade that genuinely reads, across every palette and in both light and dark mode. The tab bar was the clearest case: in some colours the name of the tab you were on was all but invisible. • Fixed a request limit that counted every user on the platform together. Activity at another studio was enough to stop someone signing in or registering, with nothing wrong on their side. • The service list reads more clearly: cards and categories are easier to work through when a studio has a lot of services.

This update pays you for spreading the word, and gives you one clean way to reach every client at once. What's new • Another week of trial, on us: when your studio takes its first booking — one you enter yourself or one a client makes through your page — we add 7 days to your free trial, so 7 becomes 14. It is automatic and we let you know. • Invite a studio, earn free days: share your code — the studio you invite starts with 30 days free instead of one week, and once it has paid for a full month you earn 30 days. They are saved and start the day your own subscription ends. • Message all your clients: one announcement a month to your whole list. On Pro, clients with a phone number get an SMS and everyone else an email; on Basic, everyone gets an email. You see how many people you will reach before you send. • Clients decide: a switch on the studio page turns these announcements off. Appointment confirmations and reminders are never affected. • Emails that look like your studio: the colours and style of your booking page now carry over to the emails your studio sends. • An invitation page on the web: a referral link now opens a page that explains the offer before sign-up.
