Auto-record Trips: Velocita can now detect when you start driving and record the trip for you. Choose "Start automatically" for hands-off recording, "Start & stop automatically" so trips also end when you park, or "Prompt me" to confirm on the Lock Screen first. Opt-in in Settings. Saved Places: Tap the start or end of any trip to name that location. The next time you begin or finish a trip there, it is labeled automatically. Past trips that went through the same place are relabeled too, so your history stays consistent without redoing anything. Siri Shortcuts: Control your trip and get key stats hands-free. Start or stop trips, switch units, or ask Siri for your current speed, distance, or top speed. Use the Shortcuts app to build custom automations around how you drive. Record Trips for Free: Free users can now record trips from day one. Trip history viewing still requires Pro, but your drives are saved immediately. Upgrade later and you will see your full recorded history ready to go. Backup & Restore: Export every trip, place, and setting into a single backup file. Save it to Files or iCloud Drive, or share it to a new device. Restore brings everything back exactly as it was, so you can switch devices without losing your data.
