Before the dose • A quick readiness check is saved with each dose. • "Anything different?" asks about the last 24 hours: fever, asthma, antibiotics, a vaccination, a cold, dental work. If your clinic has set dosing rules, the app shows what to do today, such as giving half or skipping. • A dose can be logged as all of it, some of it or none. "No dose today" records the reason, and your care team sees it. • Before the first dose of a new protocol from your clinic, you read it back and confirm it. Reactions and emergencies • Report a reaction by ticking what you see. The app works out how serious it is and shows your clinic's steps with your child's own medicines. • Tell your care team what you gave, and when. • Your child's emergency plan, approved by your clinic, is on Home. Parents can ask the clinic for a change. • After epinephrine, a red banner and after-care steps stay on screen until you mark that your child has been seen, and the observation timer restarts. After the dose • The observation timer starts by itself when you log a dose, with a bar at the top showing the time left. • It keeps counting if you close the app, and its reminders still arrive. • A reaction reported from the timer is saved with its dose and shows in History. Children and treatments • With more than one child, each child has their own color. • A dose given in several parts lists each part, and you mark each one as given. • When drops move to a stronger bottle, the app tells you before you measure. • Children in maintenance get a quieter Home, and a notice to check with your clinic if too many days pass without a dose. • The treatment update now lists only what changed in your child's log, and says it was compiled by AI. • When you add a child, you choose whether to share them with your clinic, now or later. Your clinic can also ask. Also • Tapping a notification opens the right child. • Home and profile photos load faster. • After you sign out, Face ID no longer signs you straight back in. For clinicians • See who is on call from Profile › Call duty, and hand over the pager from your phone. • New messages from families reach whoever your clinic's message rules and call duty name.

Sign-in Family accounts now stay signed in for 30 days, with no timeout between doses. Caregivers Invite a caregiver once and they see every child you manage, including children you add later. Treatments One treatment can now cover several allergens. Home, Log Dose and History are organized by treatment. Sublingual immunotherapy (SLIT) is supported alongside oral immunotherapy (OIT). A dose reduction now shows as clearly as an increase. Care plan Read the plan your care team wrote, right from Home. It is always the current version. Logging doses "Log all doses" opens the full dose screen, so meal, mood, photos and notes are entered once for the whole group. Reminders Alice notices a new time zone and offers to move your dose reminders to local time, on Apple Watch too. An app left open past midnight now rolls over to the new day. Fixes • A bad connection shows a clear screen with Try Again instead of an endless spinner. • The app reconnects on its own after a long time in the background. • Tap a reaction photo in a notification to enlarge it. • Apple and Google accounts can save their profile again, and names are optional. • Guests see the app tour once, not on every visit. For clinicians Trust your phone for 12 hours after entering your code. Choose your language in the app. The patient chart on your phone has the Alice summary and treatment actions.

Your child's care plan, now in your pocket. The plan your care team writes is readable right from your home screen: daily dosing, what to watch for, and what to do if something goes wrong. Always the current version, never a photo of a printout. One entry for every allergen. Multi-allergen dosing used to mean repeating yourself. "Log all doses" now opens the full dose screen once: set each amount, pick the meal and the mood, add a photo or a note, and it saves across the whole group. If a reaction follows, it is recorded against every allergen in that dose, and your care team sees it the same way. Reminders that travel with you. Land in a new time zone and Alice notices. It offers to move the day's dose reminders to local time, so 7pm stays 7pm wherever you are. Your Apple Watch keeps step. A safer overnight. Leave Alice open past midnight and the home screen now turns over to the new day on its own, so tomorrow's first dose is logged as tomorrow's. Sign-in that looks like us. Password resets now land on an Alice page, with a confirmation field and live guidance as you type. For clinicians: the patient chart on your phone now carries the Alice summary and the same treatment actions you have on desktop, plus a detailed week view and modals that stay clear of the keyboard.

Version 1.2.3 folds in everything from our previous release, plus a new set of improvements for families and care teams. FOR FAMILIES • Ask Alice is now a tab for everyone. If your child is connected to a clinic, Alice already knows their treatment, doses and reactions — you no longer have to explain the context each time. • Missed a day? Tapping it in History now opens the full dose sheet — amount, food, mood, notes and a reaction — all in one save, instead of a status-only picker. • A reaction you report now shows up directly in your care thread, so you and your care team are looking at the same thing. • Staying signed in is easier: when a session times out you are no longer sent back to your password or sign-in provider. • Dose reminders no longer nag you on days you have already logged. • Find a Clinic: fixed a crash on iPhone and corrected the location of 153 clinics. • Appointments are handled with your clinic again — the Schedule tab is gone, and that slot now holds Ask Alice. FOR CARE TEAMS • Principal Care Management: track time per patient, close a month with confidence, and get a payer-ready billing package as a PDF automatically. Minutes can be corrected in place, and the original entry stays on the audit trail. • Build protocols on a real, editable day schedule, add your own allergens, and recover deleted protocols from the new Trash. • The patient chart's adherence view is now a month calendar you can page back through, alongside real care notes and per-allergen start and end dates. • Summarize a care thread since your own last reply, open chats instantly, and adjust doses for every allergen from a single modal. • Alerts that need action are separated from the rest, and resolved alerts are listed and sortable instead of shown as a bare count. • The clinical dashboard now behaves like a website on large screens. PRIVACY AND SECURITY • Photos and clinical media are delivered through a permission check on every request instead of shareable links. • Clinical records are kept for six years and are never destroyed — deletions are reversible by design. • Care plans are versioned, and AI consent now applies only to the AI features your family actually sees. Find a Clinic no longer crashes on iPhone Filtering the clinic map by country could close the app on iPhone. That is fixed. While we were in there we re-checked every pin against its address: 153 clinics moved to where they actually are, a few of them by several miles. Practices that run more than one office now appear once, with a count of all their locations. Log a day you missed, properly Tapping an unlogged day in History used to offer only a status picker, and you had to reopen the dose afterwards to add anything else. It now opens the same full sheet you use for today's dose — amount, whether it was taken with food, mood, notes and any reaction — so a past day is recorded in one pass instead of two. A reminder that does not assume you forgot The dose reminder now reads "Today's dose — a reminder in case it's still pending. Already logged? You can ignore this." Same nudge, without the telling-off for a dose you already recorded. Notifications land on the right phone When two people sign in on the same phone, or one person uses two phones, each device is now claimed by whoever signed in on it last. Notifications go there, instead of to every device an account has ever used. Also in this release • The Messages badge counts only the chats in your Active tab, so it matches what you see when you open it. • The AI setting in Settings → Privacy & Security now states plainly that it controls your family's AI features only — Ask Alice, treatment updates, translation and voice dictation. Your care team's own clinical tools run under your clinic's agreement with us. Our privacy policy was updated to match. • Reaction photos and message attachments are now fetched with a permission check each time they are shown, rather than through a link that would keep working if it ever escaped. • Signing out shows that it is working instead of appearing to do nothing. • Fixed the "add a child" banner cutting off its text on narrow screens.

Getting back in is easier When your session times out, Alice Care now locks instead of signing you out. Unlock with Face ID, Touch ID or your fingerprint and pick up where you left off — no password to retype. This works the same whether you sign in with an email address, Google or Apple. Treatment pauses you can plan around • A pause set by your care team now carries an end date and the exact dose you will restart at, both visible from the moment it begins. • Your screen switches back to the restart dose the instant the pause is over. • Paused days no longer break your dose streak. • Only the allergens that are actually on hold are locked — you can keep logging the rest. Reminders you can rely on The "missed dose" backup reminder is now decided on our servers instead of your phone. It only goes out if the dose really has not been logged for the day, so the nag you used to get for a dose you had already recorded is gone — and it still arrives even if the app has been closed for a while. A much bigger clinic directory Find a Clinic grew from 119 clinics to 651 across the United States, United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand. Filter by country, and practices with several offices now appear as one clinic with all of their locations. Messages • Chats open the moment you tap them instead of waiting on a connection. • Translation is now offered based on what a message actually says, rather than the language your care team's app happens to be set to. • Voice dictation asks for your consent to use AI before you record, instead of turning down the recording once you have already made it. Also in this release • If your clinic offers Principal Care Management, you can review the terms and any cost with you, accept or decline, and withdraw at any time from Settings → Privacy & Security. • Fixed the Community feed failing to load. • Fixed an error when browsing without an account.
