Previously a scan without a connection failed and you had to type everything in by hand. Now you review, pick the 990 category, and save. Everything syncs when you reconnect. Smarter categories over time. The app now remembers which 990 category your organization chose for each vendor. After a couple of approved expenses at the same place, the category is pre-selected for you. You always confirm before submitting, because only the person who made the purchase knows what it was for.

Every attendee now receives a proper, scannable ticket — ready for check-in at the door. A new Today view Tap the Today card on your Home or Finances screen to see everything that came in today — donations, ticket sales, auction wins, sponsorships, and new monthly donors — totaled in one place and updating through the day. Accurate revenue and totals Revenue and totals now display the full amount with proper formatting (like $1,584) instead of rounding down to "$1K." Your event sales, dashboard totals, and summary cards now show exact figures. Reliability improvements We fixed several behind-the-scenes bugs that could cause certain actions — like generating event playbills and sending sponsor thank-you letters — to fail. These now work smoothly.

Booster Ads nonprofits can now sell advertising space in their event programs directly through the app. Admins create ad sizes (full page, half page, quarter page, business card, and more), buyers purchase online and build their ad in a browser-based visual editor or upload their own artwork, and payment is processed securely through the organization's Stripe account. Buyers receive a personal revision link so they can submit or update their artwork any time before the deadline. Admins can view all submissions, track artwork status, resend revision links, and export a complete ad roster with artwork files ready for the printer. Walk-up ad sales now let staff sell ads in person by cash, card, or comp — the buyer gets the revision link by email to handle artwork later. Donor Insights See your supporters at a glance — who gives most, who's new, who's lapsing, and who's on a giving streak. Then reach out in one tap with an AI-drafted re-engagement email you can edit before sending. Recurring Gifts A new Recurring Gifts screen in Finances shows your monthly recurring revenue and flags any gifts that need attention. Walk-up ticket sales now support in-app card payments — charge a guest's card on the spot using Apple Pay or any credit card, right from your phone. Tickets can now be cancelled directly from the attendee list. When a ticket is cancelled, the next person on the waitlist is automatically notified by email with a registration link. Events now have a table seating setting. Turn it on for galas and seated dinners to collect table numbers. Leave it off for concerts, workshops, and general admission events. Each event now has a QR code generator. Tap the QR icon from any event to generate a scannable code linking directly to your ticket sales page — share it or save it straight to your photos for flyers and postcards.
