Archi requires a self-hosted Paperless-NGX server.
Before purchasing it’d be helpful to know that: a 2.4GB download is required; have to use SSL/TLS even on local network; ‘suchen’ & ‘scannen’ even if English is chosen language; dates are day-month-year not month-day-year so you’ll correct every scan (in US); auto scan crops aggressively, so have to use manual; crashes when processing more than one scan (iPhone 16 Pro, iOS 26.5); support is only if you have a GitHub account. Disappointed.

• Pick or create a document type: Choose an existing Paperless type in the review screen, or create a new one on the spot.
• Batch scan: Capture several documents in a row without tapping again each time.
• Share into Archi: Send PDFs and images straight to Archi from other apps.
• Sort your document list: Freely configurable and persistent (e.g. recently modified).
• Remember scan filters: Save brightness, contrast and color mode as your default.
• Tap to scan: Optional — a short tap starts a scan, a long press shows the menu.
Fixed:
• Fixed a crash when uploading multi-page documents.
• Importing no longer opens the camera by mistake.
• More reliable AI review when merging server and AI values.
