VideoCropStudio 2.5 adds Batch Export Plan, a pro preflight manifest for the full export queue. Before running Export All, you can now review each planned output file name, render size, output duration, speed, codec, audio state, quality, frame rate, safe-zone guide, estimated size, and any clips that need attention. The plan also catches collision-safe output names before export and can be copied as Markdown for production notes, client handoff records, or your own archive. This update adds six focused tests for Batch Export Plan and keeps the full suite green with 214 tests passing.

What's New in VideoCropStudio 2.2 Export All — Batch Export Your Entire Queue The "Export All" button in the toolbar fires off every video in your queue at once. Pick a destination folder, and VideoCropStudio processes every clip sequentially, each with its own preset, anchor, quality, and trim settings. A live progress bar in the sidebar tracks how many are done. The folder opens in Finder when the batch finishes. Trim (In / Out Points) Per Video A new Trim control appears below the preview for every video. Drag the green handle (start) and gold handle (end) to set exact in and out points. The selection duration updates live. Trim is remembered per video in the queue, and the Export Plan shows your range. Per-Video Preset and Quality Settings Each video in the queue now carries its own preset, anchor, quality, and frame rate — changes you make in the right panel apply only to the selected video. The sidebar row shows each video's assigned preset at a glance. Quality Control Choose Max (highest quality), High, or Med from the new Quality picker. Max uses AVFoundation's highest-quality encoder; Med is useful when file size matters more than quality. Frame Rate Control Choose 24, 30, or 60 fps — or leave it on Auto to match the source video's frame rate (snapped to the nearest standard: 23.976 → 24, 29.97 → 30, etc.). Right-Click Queue Actions Right-click any job in the sidebar to remove it from the queue or reveal a completed export in Finder. Anchor Indicator in Preview A gold dot in the preview rectangle shows exactly where the anchor point will be, so Center, Top, Bottom, Left, and Right are visible before you export. Expanded Platform Details All five presets now show their target social media platforms: Vertical 9:16 (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts), Portrait 4:5 (Instagram feed), Square 1:1 (Instagram/Facebook), Wide 16:9 (YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter), Cinema 21:9.
