Scoop is the smarter way to get your group where it's going.
Book a private ride for up to 12 people, split the cost automatically between seats, and pay in seconds by scanning the driver's QR code at pickup. No cash, no Venmo requests, no awkward math.
HOW IT WORKS
• Set your pickup and drop-off, choose Standard or Premium, and tell us how many riders are coming.
• Scoop matches you with a vetted, licensed driver in your area.
• When your driver arrives, each rider scans the QR code and pays their seat directly through the app.
• Tips, fare splits, and payment history are all handled inside Scoop.
SHARED RIDES, DONE RIGHT
Groups of 5–8 riders on a Standard booking can be matched with another group heading the same direction — lowering the cost for everyone while keeping both groups' experiences private and separate.
PAYMENTS BUILT FOR GROUPS
Forget chasing people for money. Scoop's per-seat payment system lets each rider pay their own share at pickup. Apple Pay and all major cards are accepted. Your payment
info is protected by Stripe — Scoop never stores your card details.
SAFETY FIRST
• Every driver is professionally trained, licensed, and vetted before joining the platform.
• Share your live trip with anyone from inside the app, so someone always knows where you're headed.
• One-tap Emergency button connects you directly to 911.
• Report any issue with your ride or driver straight from the Safety screen.
FOR DRIVERS
Accept ride requests, manage your own schedule, and receive payouts directly to your bank account via Stripe Connect. Pooled trips are automatically matched and routed so you can serve multiple groups in a single run.
