Ever wonder why you felt like you hit a great shot but end up short or sail the green? You probably didn't take into account constantly changing factors. Temperatures for morning or late tee times can change by 20°F, affecting distance by about 5 yards. Course layouts will have you going with the wind on one hole but going against the wind on another hole; 10 mph tailwind vs 10 mph headwind is a difference of 25 yards. Meet Jerry: he'll do the heavy lifting for you like a real caddy and give you the right club in seconds, so you can just focus on making the shot and keep moving along.
How it works
Enter your distance, set your lie, toss some grass and tap the wind direction, set the pin position on the green — Jerry does the rest. Every shot is calculated using a 6-step engine that accounts for:
* Altitude and air density
* Temperature effect on carry distance
* Wind — headwind, tailwind, and crosswind
* Lie — uphill, downhill, ball above or below feet
* Pin position — front, mid, or back of the green
* Shot shape — draw, stock, or fade based on your lie
