Every day, Verglow gives you a short ritual: a mood check-in, a journal prompt, and a science-backed activity from one of six wellness tracks. Each activity takes under 10 minutes and is grounded in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and positive psychology.

The Evidence Board — test beliefs against real evidence
Your Happiness Score updates based on your mood check-ins, showing you real progress over time.
