Nori – Baby Journal
Erinnerungen & Meilensteine
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Nori is here. Your private baby journal – warm, personal, and stored
locally on your iPhone.
A warm, personal journal for the first years with your baby. Nori keeps
your memories, milestones and growth data in one place – no login, no
ads, no tracking.
Everything stays safely on your iPhone – and, if you choose, in your
own iCloud so you can share the journal seamlessly with your partner.
WHAT YOU CAPTURE IN NORI
• Journal entries with photos, videos, text and tags
• 43 predefined milestones in 9 categories – from "Head lift" to
"First haircut". Each with date, note and photos
• Growth data (weight, height, head circumference) compared to WHO
and German reference percentiles, selectable for boys or girls
• Life Months as lovingly designed monthly recaps
• A media gallery and custom albums for your favourite photos
DESIGN PRINCIPLES
• Warm "paper journal" aesthetic with a cream background and
handwritten typography
• Videos are never copied — they are read straight from your Photos
library, so the app's storage footprint stays small
• Every feature works completely without an iCloud account
YOUR DATA BELONGS TO YOU
Nori has no servers, no accounts, no ads, no tracking SDKs. Not a
single byte of your memories leaves your iPhone unless you actively
choose iCloud sync or share the journal with a trusted person. You can
export all of your data as a JSON archive at any time, or wipe
everything with a single tap.
SHARE WITH YOUR PARTNER
Through iCloud Family Sharing you and your partner can run Nori
together. Both devices work on the same journal — every addition is
visible to the other person automatically.
REQUIREMENTS
iPhone running iOS 17 or later. Optional device sync and partner
sharing require an iCloud account.
