*Double-dose protection across medicines (new)* - Dosefully now recognises when different medicines share the same active ingredient — for example, plain Paracetamol and a combined Paracetamol + Codeine both count toward the same paracetamol limit. Dose timings and daily limits are now worked out across every medicine that shares an ingredient, so you can't accidentally double up - When you add a medicine, Dosefully detects the active ingredient from its name — including common brands and shortenings like "Calpol" or "para" — and lets you confirm it, so this protection knows what's in each medicine - Medicines with names like "Plus", "Extra" or "+" now show a gentle reminder to check their ingredients, since these often contain more than one active ingredient - When medicines that share an ingredient reach their combined daily limit, the Today screen now shows this clearly instead of looking like doses are still available *Offline improvements* - Opening the app while offline now keeps your correct plan and features — paid users are no longer briefly shown the free tier on a cold start - Quiet hours and custom tags now load correctly offline, and the welcome/tutorial screen no longer reappears for existing users when offline *Fixes* - New accounts created without a display name now fall back to your username instead of appearing blank - General performance and security hardening

*Scheduled medicines & courses* - Scheduled medicines (such as antibiotics or antihistamines) can now have specific recommended dose times — for example, 08:00 and 20:00 for a twice-daily medicine. The app pre-fills sensible defaults based on standard dosing guidance - Each medicine card now shows the next scheduled dose time at a glance for medicines in scheduled mode - The schedule now shows upcoming doses at their recommended times rather than just "tomorrow". The final dose of a fixed-length course is tagged "Last dose" so you know when you're done - The combined schedule now places every scheduled dose at its exact recommended time across the day, instead of grouping them together — making it much easier to see what's due and when - For fixed-length courses (such as a 5-day antibiotic), the schedule now shows only the remaining doses and stops projecting once the course is complete — no more phantom future doses - Push notifications and reminders now respect the course end date and will not prompt for doses after a course has finished - When a fixed-length course completes, a banner now offers to archive the medicine in one tap. Clearer dashboard — Each medicine now shows its own status by name: "ready" when it's available and a countdown when it isn't. No more coloured dots. Course tracking — Medicines with a fixed course length (like antibiotics) now show a reminder when the course is complete, prompting you to check with a doctor before giving more. Antibiotic templates — Amoxicillin, Co-amoxiclav, Penicillin V, Trimethoprim and Azithromycin added to the medicine library with typical course lengths pre-filled.
