You can now set your sleep goal the first time you open the app. • Pick your age range and we'll show the sleep duration that's generally recommended • You can change the goal anytime in Settings

Rewarded videos now unlock more. • Watching one ad to the end now unlocks the highlights of every night you've recorded so far — permanently, not just that night • Nights recorded after watching unlock with one more view (which covers all past nights again)

Improved snoring detection and highlight quality. • Ordinary sleeping breaths are less likely to be counted as snoring • Highlight clips now capture the best part of your snoring, not just the quiet lead-in • Fixed a mismatch between timeline marks and event counts • Background analysis is more resilient and less likely to stall

While recording your sleep, the app now shows “Recording” and the elapsed time on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, so you can tell at a glance that it’s recording. We also added an ad privacy consent message for users in the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland. No changes for users in other regions.
