WHETHER YOU'RE AN ORGANISER OR A GUEST
Create an Experience and you're the owner — in full control of who joins and what they can see. Share it with others via a secure invitation linked to their Apple ID, then set their permissions individually across every area of the app. Participants get exactly what they need, nothing more.
WHAT'S INSIDE EVERY EXPERIENCE
- Day-by-day Timeline: plan activities, locations, and notes for each day of your experience
- People: see all participants and manage invitations
- Shared Documents: attach itineraries, tickets, and files for everyone — or assign specific documents to individual participants (like a personal admission ticket)
- Photos & Albums: create themed albums and invite everyone to contribute their moments to view in a carousel view
- Discussions: start topics, add comments, and keep all conversation connected to the experience
- Shared Expense tracker allows all to capture and split expense with a subset of participants (equally, by percentage or custom amounts). With real-time balance and a "Suggest" function for the most efficient way to settle-up between participants

Venturely uses Apple's Cloud technology. Your data lives in your own private iCloud storage — not on our servers. Experiences are shared only with express permission through Apple's secure invitation system. Nobody else can see your data.
