MACROS THAT ADAPT TO YOUR TRAINING
Rest day, HIIT, long run, competition: your macros are not the same. We periodize calories and carbs with factors from 0.75x to 1.50x depending on the session. Protein stays constant: your muscle does not change because you trained harder today.

FIXES WHAT YOUR APPLE WATCH GETS WRONG
Consumer wearables overestimate calories burned by 9 to 18%. We apply a scientific 0.9 coefficient so your deficit is real, not fiction. Cross-source aggregation of Apple Health + Garmin + Google Fit with no double counting.
REAL SCIENCE
Mifflin-St Jeor (82% accuracy) plus Katch-McArdle if you have body-fat percentage by bioimpedance. Protein in grams per kilo (ISSN Position Stand 2017), not as a percentage of calories. Margin of error 10 to 15%: we tell you upfront, we do not sell fake precision.
