1.4.0 adds depth across the board. The apartment overview has been redesigned: new inventory donut and empty-state buttons that lead directly to data entry. Inventory now shows KPI tiles (count + total value) and a group filter bar. Contracts can include a history. Cost changes stay traceable over time. The onboarding tour now covers the Inventory view. Many smaller fixes and performance improvements.
