Brighter Navigation Bar All dark themes now have noticeably brighter tab bar icons — they were too dim before, especially on the blue, amber, coral, and other dark modes. The frosted glass blur also now matches the theme (dark blur for dark themes instead of a washed-out light one). AI Receipt Scanning When you add a receipt in Budget, the app now automatically reads the photo and fills in: Total amount Store/merchant name Category (groceries, dining, shopping, etc.) What it was for Whether it looks tax-deductible A "Scanning receipt…" overlay shows on the photo while it works, then a green confirmation appears when it's ready to save. You can still edit anything before saving.

Version 1.6 includes three fixes and improvements: Calendar icon — the icon was missing from the navigation bar and is now showing correctly. Receipt upload — taking a photo for a receipt now works properly. The form opens after the photo so you can fill in the amount, merchant, and details. Farm category — added a Farm category for tagging receipts and expenses in the budget section.

Version 1.5 is a bug fix — the calendar icon was not appearing in the navigation bar. That's the only change in this update.

Version 1.4 adds partner calendar sharing. When you add an event, you can toggle it to share with your partner — those events are automatically sent to their Apple or Google Calendar as a live feed, so they always stay up to date. Your partner doesn't need 1spot to see them. You'll find the subscription link and setup buttons at the bottom of your Calendar tab.

New Bank card in Budget Buddy shows your live balance — income goes in, spending and savings come out. Log paychecks with the Add Income button. Tap the coin in the bank to take money out. Coin flip also redesigned for savings goals. Swipe down to close meal and drink modals. Blue focus outline removed from all text fields.

Birthday input redesigned — replaced the scroll wheel picker with three plain text fields (MM / DD / YYYY). This fixes the iOS scroll conflict that was freezing the onboarding screen. Auto-advance — typing 2 digits in Month jumps focus to Day automatically, 2 digits in Day jumps to Year, 4 digits in Year dismisses the keyboard. Updated birthday subtitle — now reads "Used to celebrate you & verify age for alcohol".
