In dark theme, competitions with a very dark color stayed unreadable. Their banners and texts are now lightened just enough to stay legible. After clearing the cache, the standings could stay stuck on their loading screen. They now show up properly.

When a contest gets close to its player limit, the Increase capacity button lets you ask for more spots. For a contest between individuals, they are free. Several fixes to forecast entry and to the display of some texts.
