No subscription, in-app purchases, ads, or account. START WITH YOUR EXISTING PHOTOS Choose a body area, name the spot, and take a photo or import one from your library. Mole Tracker uses the original photo date when available. If the date cannot be recovered, it tells you so you can set it yourself. Review the selected photo, check its date, and add an optional note before saving. Older photos fit into the right place in that spot's timeline. COMPARE TWO DATES Choose any two available photos of a spot. Use the side-by-side overview or open full-screen comparison to pinch, zoom, and pan each image independently. Date labels and separate reset controls help you keep track of what you are viewing. LOOK CLOSER AT ANY PHOTO Tap the latest photo or a timeline thumbnail to zoom in. Visible date and note controls make it easy to correct your record later. KEEP A SELF-CHECK ROUTINE A built-in ABCDE guide walks through what people are usually told to look at during a skin self-exam, and optional monthly reminders help you keep the photos on a regular schedule. The guide is reference text; the app does not examine your photos. PREPARE FOR YOUR NEXT VISIT Export one spot or your complete history as a PDF with photos, dates, and notes. Reports are created on your iPhone, and you choose whether and how to share them. KEEP A COPY THAT SURVIVES THE PHONE Save a backup: one file carrying every spot, every photograph and every visit, which you can restore on another iPhone. Because nothing here is kept on a server, that file is the copy that outlives a lost, broken or replaced phone, and it is how a record built over years moves with you. It is off until you turn it on in Settings. Mole Tracker stores your diary in the app's local storage. It does not upload your photos or notes to a service. There are no analytics or advertising SDKs, and no tracking or account registration. Mole Tracker is a personal photo organizer for self-awareness and doctor-visit preparation. It does not analyze images, measure changes, assess risk, or diagnose or treat skin conditions. It cannot tell you whether a spot is melanoma or any other condition. Consult a qualified dermatologist about skin concerns.

Build your photo history from the pictures you already have. • Imported photos use their original date when available. If a date is unavailable, you will see a notice and can set it before saving. • Review your photo, check the date, and add an optional note before saving. Cancel to leave it unsaved. • Open any selected pair in full-screen comparison. Pinch to zoom, pan, and reset each photo independently. • Tap a photo to zoom in, edit its date or note, or remove it with confirmation. • Clearer reminder feedback and photo-recency labels help you keep your diary organized. • Lock the app with Face ID, Touch ID or your device passcode. The switch is in Settings and is off until you turn it on. All features remain included in your original purchase.
