You review what the camera read, and can fix a misread, before anything is decided. • Much better ingredient recognition: pork detected inside compound names and in eight languages, additive codes read in every form labels print them (E471, INS 471, plain 471), and source-specified ingredients like "fish gelatin" and "vegetable glycerin" are recognised as such. • Small barcodes (UPC-E) and wholesale case codes now scan properly. • Where recognised schools of law differ, both positions are shown alongside our evidence-based result — never instead of it.
