BTB Workout Log is a simple workout logging app designed to help you record the training data that matters for muscle growth. You can quickly log exercises, weights, reps, and sets, then review your volume trends by exercise and weekly hard sets by muscle group.
For hypertrophy, it is not enough to simply keep a record. It is important to understand whether you are progressing over time and whether each muscle group is receiving enough effective training stimulus. BTB Workout Log helps you track progressive overload through exercise-by-exercise volume trends and manage training volume through weekly hard set counts by muscle group.
The recording experience is designed to stay simple and easy to use during workouts. You can check your previous records, enter today’s weights and reps, and save your training without unnecessary steps. Warm-up sets can be separated from working sets, making it easier to review the training stimulus that actually matters.

This update refreshes the workout log experience with smoother calendar navigation, easier filtering, and a cleaner bottom tab layout.
Workout Analysis has also been improved with summary and trend views, custom date ranges, 4-week trends, heatmaps, and clearer muscle-by-muscle set breakdowns. We also refined past workout browsing, workout type selection,
exercise charts, and social sign-in.
Includes many UI polish updates, performance improvements, and stability fixes.
