It was disheartening trying to sign up. Me being older, all the app was trying to do was trick me into purchasing something. It’s not fair, I know you need to make money, but please quit trying to confuse and trick people!

I’m obsessed with TrackPack!! I order stuff constantly 😬 and had to jump between websites trying to figure out where everything is. This app sorted that out!!! I just punch in the tracking numbers and all my deliveries sit neatly in one list. I have like 6 orders going at once sometimes… The package tracker doesn't overwhelm you which I appreciate, and okay the avatar thing sounds silly but it genuinely helps?? And the map feature is my favvv part 🔥 my package got marked as delivered once but wasn’t at my door, so I opened the map, saw it was left at a neighbor’s and grabbed it! Notifications come through instantly when something ships, is close or delivered, not hours later like other apps. Highly recommend!

I never ever write reviews on any apps (either negative or positive) because i’ve never felt the need to. I ACCIDENTALLY downloaded this app while attempting to track a StockX package on my iPhone browser and somehow ended up signing up for the free 3-day trial by the next click. i immediately tried to cancel the subscription so i wouldn’t be charged after the 3 days but it was legitimately impossible to cancel it anywhere. I even tried to reach out to support with a detailed message and my email, explaining how I wanted it to be cancelled one way or another. Well I never got a response and I still ended up getting charged 2 weeks in a row until I was able to figure out how to cancel it on my own. Just all around shady

I downloaded this “free” app to check on my package. The very SECOND I opened the app I was met with a paywall. 3 days “free” (with a reoccurring charge immediately after) or a subscription. So you have 1 choice to be ABLE to use this app…pay. I don’t order things that often so IDC I’ll just wait for my item. This company is scum. If you’re gonna charge people, charge them outright. Make it a paid app from the very beginning and stop wasting everyone’s time
