OKURUKIGANAI
Lottery Reality, Made Funny
Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Think you'll win the lottery? This app shows you the brutal truth — with real odds, absurd comparisons, and a lifetime waste simulator. Turn despair into comedy.
OKURUKIGANAI ("No Intention of Winning Big") is an entertainment app that hilariously expresses just how impossible it is to win the lottery.
【Lottery Gacha】
Tap to draw. That's it. The app uses real lottery probability tables to determine results. You'll almost certainly lose — but on extremely rare occasions, you might actually win. Even then, the app reminds you: "Don't forget about taxes."
There's also an 8% chance of a cruel fake-out: confetti flies, your heart races... then "Just kidding." A beautifully devastating experience.
Two persistent counters keep the joke going: a "Total Winnings" tracker for your (improbable) cumulative take, and a "Could have saved" tracker that quietly tallies every ¥300 ticket as money you wouldn't have lost if you'd just stayed home.
【The Despair Comparison】
Compare jackpot odds (1 in 10,000,000) with absurdly unlikely everyday events:
• Getting hit by a meteorite: 14x more likely
• Getting struck by lightning: 8x more likely
• Finding a four-leaf clover: 1,000x more likely
Visualize the hopelessness with bar charts and a dot grid.
【Lifetime Waste Simulator】
"What if you spent ¥3,000/month on lottery tickets for 30 years?"
See the devastating gap between total investment and estimated winnings on a chart. Plus, a "what you could have bought instead" list (Hawaii trips, iPhones, a new car...) twists the knife.
【Other Features】
• English/Japanese support (auto-detected from device settings)
• First-launch onboarding that explains the app with humor
• Bright, pop design (the content is savage)
※ This app neither encourages nor discourages lottery purchases. It just delivers the cold, hard truth.
