The app itself works generally pretty well and connects to the device in almost all instances. What does not work is the ability to keep the widget on the lock screen. It is possible to sometimes get it to show, but then it rapidly disappears within a minute or two and getting it back is very difficult.

Seems to me that they don't actually test all functions on an actual hardware battery before releasing updates. The app can switch the DC output, but fails to switch the input, giving an error of "The battery has not confirmed the requested X port state. Its reported state is shown; retry when ready."

Can’t Create Login

No matter what I do, I cannot create an account in the app. It ALWAYS says the 2 copies of the password don’t match. Can’t review the app when the account creation doesn’t work. I’m interested in buying, but, not before I can actually evaluate it.

I really don’t get why a non-service based app needs a subscription or a hefty permanent price tag.I can accept paying , but reasonable price, also accept new feature unlock fee but this is just sad
