We built 7zen because every archive app on the App Store does the same thing: buries a simple feature behind a wall of banner ads, full-screen video ads, fake "scanning" animations, and $9.99/month subscriptions for something that should just work. 7zen has none of that.
No ads. No accounts. No sign-in. No analytics. No tracking. No third-party SDKs. No network access at all — your files never leave your device.
It's free. It's staying free. There is nothing to unlock.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Tap any supported archive anywhere on your iPad or iPhone.
2. 7zen shows you what's inside — file names, sizes, dates.
3. Tap any file to preview it full-size — images, PDFs, text, and more — right inside the app.
4. Toggle "Generate Previews" to see image thumbnails inline.
5. Tap "Extract All" or tap individual files to save them.
6. Share via the share sheet to Files, AirDrop, iCloud Drive, or any other app.
No loading screens. No tutorials. No onboarding. You open a file, you get your files out.
PRIVACY
7zen collects no data. It does not connect to the internet. It doesn't even have the capability — there is no networking code in the app.
Everything happens on your device. Read our privacy policy: it's six sentences long.
Built for iPad (perfect for resizable windows), works great on iPhone too. Requires iOS/iPadOS 16 or later.
