The Watch app now opens straight to your current session instead of flashing through past ones. - Starting a session on your iPhone now correctly starts it on your Watch — and starting one on your Watch brings up the Dynamic Island and Live Activity on your iPhone when iOS app is refocused. - The "End Immediately" session setting is now respected on your Watch (it previously showed a 1-hour resume window). - The motivational quote or note shown when you start a session now matches across your iPhone and Watch. LOCATIONS - Saved locations are unified — session triggers, medication reminders, and the Locations Manager now share one list, so your saved-places limit is consistent everywhere. - Add Drink has a clearer "Set Location" flow, with a new toggle to optionally save the place to your Locations. NEW: Apple Health Sync Now Free We've moved Apple Health sync from Pro to the Free tier. Tracking your drinks alongside your other health data shouldn't be gated. AlcoLog writes alcoholic beverage counts and drink calories to Apple Health, now for everyone, not just Pro subscribers. BEHIND THE SCENES Improved App Store integration so AlcoLog subscriptions can appear on the App Store product page. Minor stability and concurrency improvements.

REFRESHED FEEDBACK PROMPT "Enjoying AlcoLog?" now appears as a polished sheet with clear color-coded buttons. "Yes" opens Apple's rating dialog. "Not really" opens a quick feedback form so we can address your concerns directly. LESS FREQUENT PROMPTS FOR LONG-TIME USERS Tapered feedback cadence so power users see prompts less often. Early prompts every 4 to 8 sessions, then every 10 sessions after the first month. We respect that you're here to track your drinking, not to rate apps. NEW: Personal Goals on AlcoLog Pick a personal goal during a refreshed first-launch flow (cut back, stay under a limit, build sober days, or quit entirely). Your weekly target auto-defaults to your local health authority's guideline (UK CMO, US NIAAA, AU NHMRC, CA CCSA). Track progress against your goal directly on the AlcoScore screen with a Your Goal card. Hit a 4-week streak under your cap, or sobriety milestones at Day 7, 14, 30, 60, 90, 180, 365, 730, and a tiered celebration card unlocks (silver, bronze, gold, platinum themed by milestone) with confetti and a reflective moment. ALSO IN THIS UPDATE - Persistent permission banners on the Alerts and Locations screens make it obvious when iOS notifications or location are switched off. One tap takes you to the right Settings page. - Tag drinks with location toggle now enforces iOS location permission before it can be turned on. - Notification permission timing improved. AlcoLog only asks during the relevant onboarding step now, not at launch. - Returning users see the new onboarding flow once on first launch so you can capture your goal too. - Toggles in Alerts and Locations now appear dimmed when the matching iOS permission is off, so you can see at a glance why a feature is not firing. - Last drink time is now visible on the home screen during an active session, and on the Edit Drinks screen. - Various minor text layout fixes.
