Logging a workout is faster:
• List view: every set of the session on one screen. Type weight and reps, tick, move on.
• Supersets with any exercise you choose, worked round by round. Add one from the library without leaving the session.
• Your own rep range and rest time for each exercise.
• Next-set targets are now free for everyone.
• Nutrition: edit your calorie target directly; label scanning reads more of the table.
• Club and chat fixes, including message times.
