Improved daily solar yield accuracy - your "Average Daily Solar Yield" tile in the AI tab now reflects only the readings the app has actually observed from your live solar sessions, not approximations based on whatever weather the app happened to see at launch time. Resolved a rare issue where a battery serial could appear "already claimed" when ownership had legitimately changed. Customers affected by this no longer need to contact support - just open the app and the claim will complete automatically. Stability and reliability improvements.

TITAN AI just got smarter - again. The big one this time is solar accuracy. • The AI now learns your panel's real output over time and separates solar input from real battery consumption, so daily Ah totals reflect what your battery is actually doing • Weather data now blends UV with cloud cover for more honest solar yield predictions • Daily usage estimates rebuilt from the ground up - four layers of cross-checks (live current, BMS log replay, offline gap-fill, SOC reconciliation) eliminate the inflated readings some users saw • Smarter context across the board - the AI now considers temperature, weather, voltage and history together before flagging anything, so you get fewer false alerts and more useful insights • New AI Confidence meter shows how much to trust today's stats • Tiny standby loads (USB hubs, alarm panels, thermostats) are now counted properly • Release notes always available in Settings if you want to see this again

Refinements to the on-device AI: • Fixed a drift calculation bug on 36V banks. Previously the AI could show ~50% phantom drift on a healthy 36V pack at the top of charge. • Recurring-protection alerts (e.g. "Discharge MOS Fault triggered N times last week") now age out properly once the underlying issue is resolved — no more lingering alerts on packs that have already been fixed. Plus reliability + security improvements to the cloud sync path.

TITAN AI now tells you how much to trust its numbers. • New "AI Confidence" meter at the top of the TITAN AI tab. A single composite score (Calibrating / Learning / Confident / Highly confident) that answers the question "should I trust the AI's numbers right now?". Replaces the old "Days / Sessions tracked" stat tiles • Tap the meter for a full breakdown of what feeds the score — telemetry depth, charge/discharge cycles, SOC range observed, NILM appliance learning, your declared appliance list, and BMS reading stability. Each row shows where it is, what its target is, and what you can do to raise it. • The meter is self-correcting — no "reset" button needed. As the AI gets a better picture of how you actually use the battery, the score climbs; if your BMS starts showing calibration drift, the score honestly drops to flag it. If you've never connected the app to a battery before, you'll land in "Calibrating" and the meter will walk up over the first week of normal use. Stability: • Fixed three crashes reported via Crashlytics — one on first launch after the OS restored the app (Android Google Sign-In back-stack), one when the Bluetooth permissions dialog was open through a navigation change (iOS), and one rare null inside the framework's text-field long-press handler. The first two are eliminated; the third is now logged as diagnostic data instead of crashing the session. • Fixed the monitor dashboard going blank for several seconds while the periodic BMS event-log sync was running. The signal-loss watchdog was wrongly counting the deliberate poll pause as a dead BLE link and tearing the session down; it now respects the pause and the dials stay live throughout the sync. TITAN AI just got smarter. Tell it what you run from your battery and it learns your setup straight away — no more waiting on it to guess. • Brand-new appliance library in the AI setup quiz: a full-screen picker with 11 category tabs (refrigeration, cooking, climate, water, lighting, electronics, tools, caravan mobility, marine, home/ESS) covering ~70 items — matching the appliance list on our public Battery Size Calculator. Tick everything you regularly run from the battery and TITAN AI uses the list to identify discharge patterns more accurately and learn how much energy each device uses per day. You can edit the list anytime from TITAN AI → "Your appliances" without rerunning the whole quiz. • Context-aware consumption alerts. If an appliance is using more than usual, TITAN AI now cross-checks the day's weather before flagging anything — so a fridge running harder on a 28°C day reads as "likely due to warmer weather" rather than "something's wrong". No obvious weather reason and the tile leans towards "worth a quick check" instead. Thresholds calibrate themselves to your own patterns over the first few days of use, so you won't see noise from day one. • Solar UV forecast now uses the standard WHO bands (Low / Moderate / High / Very High / Extreme) instead of a single Low/High cutoff — matches what Apple Weather is showing for the same location. • Weather and UV refresh automatically when you bring the app back to the foreground and every 30 minutes after that, so a long-running session can't sit on a stale morning reading. • "Smoother sign-in" — if the cloud profile linked to your account is missing fields (e.g. your name or email), the app now repairs it automatically the next time you sign in. Fixes a small number of reports where Settings showed blank account details and the battery- claim button got stuck on "Could not fetch status". • Discharge activity across the app (monitor dial pips and needle, cell-data row, Connect tile, history list, time-remaining stat) now paints soft amber instead of red so a perfectly healthy battery feeding a load no longer looks alarming. Red is still reserved for genuine faults — including when current is within 15% of the BMS hardware limit, when the dial deliberately flushes red to telegraph "nearing the limit". • Prototype starter (BLS) batteries are now excluded from the AI engine — their intentional overcharge profile is very different from leisure cells and was generating false "charger may need checking" insights. Quality-of-life update with stability and accuracy fixes. • Adds support for the 36V (12-cell) TITAN battery so the voltage dial displays the correct range instead of flagging red. • Hibernation settings (sleep voltage and delay) are saved more reliably and no longer show a false "did not save" error on older BMS firmware. • Sign-in prompt no longer briefly appears on a fresh launch for customers who are already signed in. • Cloud battery records now always use the original factory ID even when a custom Bluetooth name has been written to the unit — keeps the same battery linked to the same record over its lifetime. • Connect tab cleanup — internal demo unit is now hidden by default and only shown when explicitly enabled. • Minor BLE protection-flag wording and force-update screen links fine-tuned. Version 2.0.8 improves sign-in reliability, Bluetooth reconnect behaviour, and TITAN AI accuracy. Reliability + diagnostics polish • Static-next-to-battery dropouts greatly reduced. The BLE link now self-heals from brief radio glitches without bouncing you to the Reconnecting screen, with extra patience tuned for the 260 Ah metal-cased units. • Parameter-unlock fix. If you were getting "Authentication failed" when trying to set BMS limits on a battery you'd previously written to with the old TITAN app, that path is fixed. • AI advice for parallel banks now uses the correct per-cell voltage reference. No more confusing "set OVP to 14V" recommendations. • Quieter recovery. A one-off signal blip no longer triggers the full reconnect overlay or the "Reconnect failed" snackbar — only persistent drops do, so the dashboard stays put when your battery is right next to you. Behind the scenes we've also laid the groundwork for service-managed firmware updates, planned for a later release. Nothing user-facing yet. This update is a polish pass on top of 2.0.4. Highlights: • Multi-battery registration. Customers with 2+ batteries connected at once can now claim each one with a single tap from Settings → Registration. Previously you had to disconnect and reconnect each battery individually. • Cleaner data for hibernating batteries. When a unit is fully hibernated (typically a 260 Ah with the case button off), the app now recognises the "BLE alive but BMS asleep" state and stops feeding empty readings into your battery's history and the AI insights engine. Real flat- battery data is still recorded as normal — only the deep-sleep frames are filtered. • Sign-in reliability. If a magic link expires, has already been used, or your phone briefly drops connection while tapping it, the app now shows a clear message explaining what to do instead of silently failing. • Stability. Fixed a rare crash that could occur when reconnecting to a battery that had only just powered on, and removed an obsolete iOS background-task entry that occasionally caused crashes on iOS 17+. Bug fixes and reliability improvements: • Fixed an issue where live data could briefly drop and reconnect while viewing the AI page, even within range of the battery. • Faster startup on slow or unstable networks — the splash screen no longer waits on sign-in services that can't be reached. • Stability fix for a rare crash on the Connect screen when backing out of pairing mid-handshake.
