The swipe deck no longer has a ceiling. Previously, Chip would pre-load a fixed pool of ~160 movies and TV shows when the server started. Once you swiped through all of them, you'd hit "All caught up!" permanently until the server restarted. Now: Pages load on demand. Instead of one big upfront pool, the server fetches a fresh batch from TMDB each time you near the end of the deck — so you can keep swiping indefinitely. Up to ~10,000 titles available. TMDB has 500 pages of popular movies and TV shows. Each swipe-deck page maps directly to one TMDB page, so the deck is effectively bottomless. Same deterministic order. Your session seed + page number still controls the shuffle, so two people with the same session see the same cards in the same order. Smarter error handling. If TMDB has a momentary hiccup, the app gets a retryable signal instead of silently treating the outage as "end of deck." Pages are also cached for an hour so repeated fetches of the same batch are free.

1. Swipe deck remembers your history between sessions — movies and shows you passed (or liked) no longer reappear after closing and reopening the app. The deck picks up right where you left off. 2. "Clear history" button added — next to the existing "Reset deck & likes" link, there's now a separate "↺ Clear history" option that reshuffles the deck with a fresh set of titles but keeps your liked list intact for "Ask Chip." 3. Swipe deck now loads more cards continuously — previously, after a reset the deck would hit "All caught up!" even when the API had more pages. Now it automatically fetches the next page as you approach the end, and only shows "All caught up!" when there are truly no more titles to show.

More recommendations from Chip (Task #124) Chip now shows up to 6 picks per response (4 movies + 2 TV shows) instead of 4, giving you more variety each time you ask. 3. My Video Store Card (Task #125) A brand new section on the home screen. You can search for any movie or TV show and give it 1–5 stars to build a personal taste profile. Chip reads your card and uses it to personalize every recommendation he makes. 4. No more repeats (Task #129) If you've already rated something on your Video Store Card, Chip won't suggest it again — in chat recommendations, the quiz, actor mode, or the swipe deck. If everything he'd normally pick has been seen, the showcase opens with a friendly "All caught up!" screen instead of crashing. 5. Star rating badges on posters (Task #127) Anywhere a poster appears — in the recommendation showcase or the swipe deck — a small gold star badge now shows your personal rating if you've already rated that title.
