Optional Apple Health integration reads active calories on device to help personalize calorie goals. Optional Garmin Connect integration syncs daily activity through Nomva Cloud to adjust calorie targets.
Your food logs and goals stay on your device, with optional iCloud sync across your Apple devices. AI chat and meal parsing send the text you enter through Nomva Cloud to an AI provider for processing.
