Tsuzukeru
Habit tracker with rest days
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Build habits calmly with rest day passes, clear progress stats, and local-first records.
Most habit trackers punish a single missed day by resetting your streak.
Tsuzukeru is different. We believe in rest as part of growth.
◆ Streak Freeze: skip a day, keep your streak
Use up to 3 freezes each month. Bad weather, long trip, just tired—
every rest becomes soil for the next sprout.
◆ Unlimited habits
Exercise, reading, water, meditation, sleep, skincare, language study…
Track them all without a "top 3" compromise.
◆ Beautiful statistics
Calendar heatmap, 30-day trend line, total completions, best streak.
See your quiet effort become a shape.
◆ Local-first, private by design
Your data stays on your device. Export and import as JSON anytime.
◆ Fast daily logging
Check off habits from Today, add and edit habits from Habits.
Simple screens keep daily tracking down to just a few seconds.
◆ Quiet, Japanese-inspired design
No push-notification guilt. No streak shaming.
A calmer morning, that's all.
