Make your everyday Apple Health records easier to understand. VitaGauge brings authorized health records, trends and small personal goals together. Get started without an app account or API configuration. SEE YOUR RECORDS Explore 16 metrics: steps, walking and running distance, active energy, heart rate, resting heart rate, blood oxygen, sleep, weight, workouts, heart rate variability, respiratory rate, cardio fitness, body fat percentage, systolic and diastolic blood pressure, and body temperature. Availability depends on your Apple Health records, permissions and compatible data sources. ASK WITHOUT AN API Try “steps today”, “steps daily for the last 7 days”, then “what about yesterday”. The offline assistant queries records, calculates valid-day averages and extremes, and shows daily details. It also provides built-in lifestyle information and app help. Missing data is not counted as zero. This is a focused local assistant, not a general-purpose language model, and it does not invent readings or diagnose conditions. BUILD A SMALL HABIT Choose a metric and your own target, review progress, and edit or pause goals. One health goal is included for free. FREE AND ONE-TIME PRO Free features include the daily summary, 7-day trends, basic offline queries, built-in lifestyle information and one goal. Pro unlocks 30-day trends and statistics, comparisons between selected dates, metric correlations and multiple goals. It is a non-consumable one-time purchase, with no automatic renewal. Apple displays your local price before purchase; restoration is supported. THREE CONVERSATION MODES Local mode answers supported questions using on-device records, rules and built-in information, without an API. API mode displays provider-generated replies and shows an error if a request fails. Local + API handles simple queries on-device and uses online AI for open-ended explanations. Both online modes require Pro and your own provider API key. Provider usage fees are separate and are not included in the one-time purchase. Sharing relevant health context requires your consent for the recipient. AI replies provide general wellness information and do not replace professional medical advice. YOUR SHARING CHOICES No advertising or behavioral tracking. Core records, goals and chat work locally. Sharing selected context with a third-party AI provider requires separate consent. API credentials stay in the device Keychain. Revoke consent, clear conversations or delete configuration when needed. HOME AND LOCK SCREEN WIDGETS On iOS 17 or later, add widgets for your most recently synced health summary and goals. Open the app to sync. Widgets show the sync time and let you hide health values; they do not provide real-time monitoring. The interface supports 13 languages. Voice input is available only where the device and language support on-device speech recognition. VitaGauge is not a medical device and does not provide diagnoses, prescriptions or emergency monitoring. Correlation does not establish causation.
