Kempt is an AI agent for homeowners. It knows your appliances, tracks your maintenance history, builds your seasonal to-do list, and keeps you ahead of the surprises that catch first-time homeowners off guard.
What Kempt does:
• Appliance tracking, without the typing. Snap a photo of your furnace, water heater, refrigerator, or HVAC and Kempt fills in the make and model for you. It keeps a full record of every appliance and the maintenance you complete, so you never have to remember it yourself.
• Seasonal task plan. Kempt generates a personalized maintenance schedule based on your home's age, square footage, climate zone, and what's already been done. Not a generic checklist. Your home's actual needs.
• The Sunday Brief. Every Sunday, a plain-English rundown of what got handled, what needs attention this week, and what's coming next season. Read it in the app or your inbox, so you stay ahead of the house even when you haven't opened Kempt.
• Money Kept. A running tally of the maintenance you've stayed on top of, so you can see the real dollar value of staying ahead of small problems before they become big ones.
• Weather that's actually about your house. Kempt watches the National Weather Service for your area and works an approaching freeze, heat wave, or storm into your Sunday Brief, so you can ask the agent what to do before it hits.
• Ask the agent anything. "When did I last flush the water heater?" "Is my furnace filter overdue?" "What do I need to do before the first freeze?" The agent knows your home and gives you a straight answer.
• Your Home DNA, portable. Export your whole home record, every appliance, task, and note, as a file you can re-import later or a clean PDF for your files. Take it with you anytime.
• See what Kempt has saved. Every detail Kempt keeps about your home lives on one screen you can read, edit, or clear anytime. Nothing hidden.
The agent is a helpful assistant, not a licensed contractor, plumber, electrician, or building inspector. Anything it suggests is a starting point for your own judgment. Always verify major work against the professionals, permits, and codes that apply to your home.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your device Settings.
If you cancel, your home record stays viewable and exportable. Kempt does not lock you out of your own data.
