Recipe parsing now lets you log just the servings you actually ate — set a stepper at save time so the diary doesn't count the whole batch. Food database picked up 31 USA-grocery brand names: Chobani Non-Fat Plain, Chobani Zero, Oikos Triple Zero, FAGE Total 0%, Yoplait, Two Good, Siggi's, Good Culture cottage cheese, Fairlife (whole + fat-free), Oatly, Premier Protein, Muscle Milk, Quest Bar, RXBAR, ONE, Built Bar, Magic Spoon, Kodiak Cakes, Dave's Killer Bread, Sara Lee, Lay's, Doritos, Cheez-Its, Triscuit, Goldfish, Amy's burrito, Celsius, Starbucks brewed, Hershey's, Reese's, Eggland's Best.

Search foods by name. Type a brand or food in the Diary's Quick Log search box and pick from results — works for Open Food Facts entries plus the in-app database. Tap "Remember this food" to save your own custom foods locally. Recipe parser got 120+ new ingredients (proteins, dairy, vegetables, fruits, sauces, spices, pantry staples) and now correctly handles compound names like "hot sauce" and "ground beef." Goals presets and the new About these targets section show citations to USDA Dietary Guidelines and the National Academies — no medical or weight-loss claims.

Restaurants menu now lets you customize an item before logging: add cheese, stack bacon strips, hold the bun, swap sauces. Calories and macros recompute live as you toggle. Diary picked up a quick + Log food button — type macros directly or re-log a recent entry in one tap. Goals fields now clear when you tap them so you can type fresh numbers, and a new What that means section always shows the per-day, per-meal, and per-week conversions of your target.
