This release puts that context to work across the whole library: • Calendar events that don't slip through. Shelfie now spots an event even when the date and time are split across lines, mangled by OCR, or only mentioned in your note — then offers to add it to your calendar. Tell it "the event is at 4:30" and it listens. • Smarter links. Relevant URLs get surfaced even when they're written without an http or www prefix, so the booking link on a flyer is one tap away. • Sharper everything. Your context steers the description, category, tags, and highlights toward what actually matters to you. Plus a fix so a screenshot with a clear date and time always shows its "Add to Calendar" suggestion, and the usual round of polish.

A closer look. Tap any screenshot or photo to open it full-screen — pinch to zoom right in (up to 5x), drag to pan around, and double-tap to snap between fit and zoomed. Perfect for reading the fine print on a receipt or catching the detail in a dense screenshot. Plus a round of bug fixes and behind-the-scenes polish.

Five new shelves. Shelfie now sorts your images into 19 categories instead of 14 — five new ones join the lineup, each with its own hand-drawn glyph so your library reads at a glance: • Food — recipes, menus, restaurant finds, and the meals you photograph • Documents — IDs, passports, contracts, and certificates (receipts still get their own shelf) • Entertainment — memes, video stills, streaming picks, and TV & movies • Education — tutorials, lessons, courses, and study notes • Music — lyrics, album art, podcasts, and the tracks you save Smarter sorting. Categorization now keys off what an image is actually about, not the app it came from — a tweet about cooking lands in Food, a recipe screenshot doesn't get dumped in "Other." And when you've filled in Your Context, Shelfie leans on it to break ties: the same documentation page can read as Code for a developer or Education for a student.

Make it yours. Tell Shelfie a little about yourself — what you do for work, your hobbies, the stuff that fills your life — and Apple Intelligence uses that context to write tags, descriptions, categories, and group names that actually fit you. A tweet about Kubernetes reads as work, not just code. A photo of a recipe lands in your cooking shelf, not "Other".
