Arnold is a workout tracker built for people who actually train. Whether you lift barbells, chase calisthenics skills, or mix both, Arnold is designed around one goal: log your set and get back to training. No clutter, no waiting, no distractions between sets. BUILT FOR SPEED Every interaction is tuned for the gym floor. Log a set in under four seconds. Add a new exercise in under five. A custom numeric keyboard replaces the system one, so the layout never shifts while you're tapping weight or reps. Large touch targets mean you hit the right button even with chalked-up fingers. SMART SUGGESTIONS THAT LEARN FROM YOU The SmartHub panel sits at the bottom of the workout screen and adapts to whatever metric the current exercise uses — kilograms, reps, time, or distance. Suggestions are pulled from your training history, so your most likely next weight or rep count is always one tap away. AI PERSONAL TRAINER Chat with a built-in AI coach that has full access to your training history and preferences. Ask it to build a push/pull/legs split, review last month's volume, suggest deload weeks, fix a stalled lift, or explain an exercise. Responses stream in real time and the context adjusts to your question — monthly summaries pull the last month, form questions pull the relevant lift. EVERYTHING A SERIOUS LIFTER NEEDS - Around 300 preloaded exercises across every major muscle group and equipment type: barbell, dumbbell, cable, machine, bodyweight, kettlebell. - Add your own custom exercises with your own measurement type. - Save workouts as templates and group them into categories: Push, Pull, Legs, Upper, Full Body, or your own. - Supersets, custom rest timers per workout and per exercise, RPE logging, and session notes. - Persistent per-exercise notes ("grip: ring finger on knurling") that follow the exercise across every workout. - Rest timer runs as a compact bar that never blocks the UI and auto-starts after each set. POWERFUL POST-WORKOUT SUMMARY After every session you get duration, total volume, set count, and per-exercise deltas against your last session. Volume charts per muscle group, trend lines across recent sessions, and clearly highlighted personal records — both single-rep PRs and max-volume sets. OFFLINE-FIRST Full functionality without an internet connection. Your data lives on your device. Export the full history to CSV any time you want. CLEAN, FOCUSED DESIGN Dark mode by default, with six accent colors to pick from. Tabular figures on every number, fast 150–200ms transitions, zero decorative fluff. Designed to look good at 6am and readable under gym lighting. METRIC OR IMPERIAL Kilograms and centimeters by default, with a one-tap switch to pounds and inches. Arnold is for lifters, climbers, calisthenics athletes, and anyone who wants a tracker that respects their time in the gym. Download it, start your next session, and see how fast logging can actually be.
