HOW IT WORKS
1. Choose the apps you want to spend less time in — social, video, news, or anything else that pulls you back.
2. When you try to open one of them, Gamblock adds a short pause.
3. Complete a quick focus challenge to continue, or take the pause as a chance to step away.
FOCUS CHALLENGES
Gamblock includes fast, lightweight challenges designed to interrupt habit loops without feeling like punishment:
