Messaging, broadcasts, and chapter newsletters
Communication shouldn't be the hardest part of running a chapter. Grand Champion brings every conversation into one place:
• Direct messages between students, parents, and instructors — secure, in-app, and tied to your chapter roster so you always know who you're talking to.
• Instructor broadcasts let teachers push announcements to a whole class at once — weigh-in times, schedule changes, show-day reminders — with read receipts so you can see who's seen it.
• Chapter newsletters give chapter leaders a polished way to publish updates that land in every family's inbox inside the app and to their email inbox.

BUILT FOR THE WHOLE PROJECT TEAM
• Students see one focused dashboard for the animals they're showing.
• Parents get a read-only view of their student's project and can lend a hand without taking it over.
• Ag teachers, 4-H leaders, and FFA advisors run a chapter view: every student in the class, who needs attention, and who's on track.
PRIVACY-FIRST AND BUILT FOR YOUTH
• Designed for ages 9 and up. Students under 13 can only use the app with verifiable parental consent.
• Parent oversight built in: parents linked to a participant under 18 get a read-only mirror of every conversation their student is in, and every message is automatically scanned for personal contact info and unsafe patterns.
• Your animal records, photos, and notes are private to your project team. We don't sell your data and we don't use it for advertising.
• Location is requested only for show-day arrival reminders and is always opt-in. You can mute or revoke it at any time from Settings.

SUBSCRIPTIONS
Grand Champion is free to try. Pro and Elite plans unlock advanced calendar features, AI photo analysis, Weigh-Back tools, and chapter management for instructors. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled in your App Store account at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel any time from your App Store account.
