FitTrack: Gym, HIIT & Cardio

Offline lifting & running log

Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.

New: rep ranges, today against last time on every exercise, and HIIT moves read from a YouTube link. Plus 40 new built-in exercises. Lift. Run your intervals. Go out for a run or a ride. One log for all of it. FitTrack is a workout tracker and gym log that works fully offline. Open it, start a session, and it gets out of your way. No spinners. No signal required. IT REMEMBERS SO YOU DON'T • Your last session sits right above the set you're about to log. • Weight and reps pre-filled from your real progression: ramping, pyramid or flat. • Down two reps on set 1? Set 2 asks for two fewer too. • Exercises remember your sets, and your all-time best stays on screen. • Give an exercise a rep range and every set is marked under, in or over it. STRENGTH TRAINING • 144 built-in exercises: barbell, machine, bodyweight and HIIT. • Rest timers start the moment you save a set, with a 3-2-1 countdown, and reach you outside the app. • Progressive rest shortens your break automatically with every set. • Auto-done finishes an exercise at your target and moves you on. • Real supersets: rest fires after the last exercise, then back to the top. • Add, swap, remove or reorder exercises mid-session without losing a set. HIIT AND TABATA • Full-screen interval timer, readable from across the gym. • Custom work and rest durations for every exercise. Free for everyone. • Audio and haptic cues that play over your music instead of pausing it. • Every session saved with full stats and compared to your last one like it. • Paste a list of moves, or a YouTube link, and the moves are read for you. • Edit a finished session, or import one from your health app. CARDIO, INDOORS AND OUT • Runs, walks, rides, rowing, elliptical and stair climber. • Outdoor sessions map your route and measure distance, pace and splits by GPS. • Indoor sessions take the numbers off the machine. • Set a distance or a time. The phone tells you when you get there, screen off or not. • Spoken distance, pace and splits, over your music. • If you wore a watch, its calories and heart rate land on the session by themselves. • Bring in a run from any watch as a GPX file, or from your health app with its route. • Save any setup as a cardio template and start it in one tap. TEMPLATES AND SHARING • Build reusable workout, HIIT and cardio templates for your whole week. • Share any template with a link. Missing exercises are created automatically. GOALS FOR THE WEEK • Strength and HIIT sessions per week, and cardio by sessions, minutes or distance. • Progress resets every Monday. No streak counter, because a streak punishes rest days. PROGRESS THAT MEANS SOMETHING • Every chart counts volume, reps, sets or calories, so bodyweight work counts. • Weekly sets per muscle against the research range, helping muscles at half a set. • Whether the volume you keep adding is actually buying you any strength. • What to lift next on every exercise, with the reasoning attached. • Needs Attention names the lifts that have stalled or gone backwards. • Aerobic efficiency, effort zones and your best time at every distance. • Per-exercise profile: progression, rep maxes, rep ranges, every set. • Full history on a calendar, by day, month or type, your goals as rings on top. • Tap an exercise on any summary: today beside last time, set by set. • Share a summary card showing only what you choose. BUILT FOR REAL TRAINING • Works fully offline. Sets save to your phone first and sync later. • No ads. No third-party tracking. FREE AND PREMIUM Start free with full logging for lifting, HIIT and cardio, your complete history, personal records, weekly goals and template sharing. Every built-in exercise is free, plus 20 of your own and 3 templates. Premium removes the caps and unlocks the analysis: what to lift next, weekly sets per muscle, whether the work is paying off, the per-exercise profile, cardio insights and a year of records. Rep ranges, today against last time on every exercise, and HIIT moves read from a list or a YouTube link. NEW • Give an exercise a rep range, such as 8 to 12, in its editor or from its menu during a workout. Each set you log is marked under, in or over it. One tap fills the range most of your exercises use. • Tap an exercise on a workout summary to see it on its own: today beside last time, set by set, your records, the muscles it works and your estimated 1RM. • Tap the volume change on a workout summary to see where it comes from, exercise by exercise. • Paste a list of moves into a HIIT session or the HIIT setup, from a video's description or a note, and their times are read. Or paste a YouTube link: the moves its description lists are read for you. • Edit a finished HIIT session: its name, times, rounds and moves. • Import HIIT workouts from Apple Health beside your cardio, then add their moves in a few taps. • 40 new built-in exercises, for the gym and for HIIT. • Exercises have main and secondary muscles. In Progress a secondary muscle counts as half a set, and Full Body exercises get their own bar. • Adding an exercise to a workout shows your strength exercises first, and the HIIT setup your HIIT ones, with one tap to show them all. IMPROVEMENTS • Built-in exercises FitTrack has changed since you added them are listed in the Library's built-in exercises, to update in one tap or keep as they are. • The exercise card shows the sets done against your target, such as 2/4 sets. • The template editor shows what each exercise will start from. • An assisted machine's weight is the help it gives, so it no longer counts as volume. • Sets on a summary and its share card end with their unit, and a count of one is written in the singular. • The timer sounds are louder, so they carry over the gym's music. • A HIIT session run to its end opens its summary straight away. • The cardio share card shows what an indoor machine's console showed. • A cardio template's play button starts the session straight away. • Saved share cards are named after the session and its date. • Help covers everything new. FIXED • Signing out with no signal no longer signs you out again later, and signs out only this phone. • A session finished with no signal stays finished. • An indoor time target notifies you with the phone locked. • Your other phone no longer briefly shows an older copy of a workout. • Copying a HIIT or cardio session to another date keeps its moves, times and route. • Many smaller fixes to timer sounds, voice updates, Progress, the exercise editor and syncing.
