I really liked that it aligned to HIPPA. That it stated it was not using sessions to train their software. I loved that it will audio record the sessions instead of expecting the user to type out a summary.

I love this app. I love especially the fact that it’s finally something that puts me (therapy user!) first, rather than either my therapist, the clinic, or worse yet, the insurance company!! I feel like this is more than just a helpful app, at least in three ways: first, it’s helpful for me in terms of keeping track of my therapy and my therapist’s ideas and my own ideas, feelings and improvement. Second: it helps me actually “keep” my therapy in a way that I usually wish I could. I mean I go to the session and then I come out, and I’m sure I take a lot with me, but there’s always the feeling that ok there was a lot of cool things my therapist said or I myself felt in the session, but afterwards there’s no way I can remember all of that, so they get lost. I mean I know my therapists says they don’t get lost in reality, but that’s how it feels and I can’t help it. This app really helps me with that feeling. And then it also gives me another thing that the app itself doesn’t even say: it makes me feel like I have someone with me in the session, someone who is on my side, like a companion or support or friend, that hears and sees what I did, and gives me feedback so I feel sure that I wasn’t imagine what I was feeling or hearing. Anyway, just wanted to say I love what this app does, thanks for making it!!!

Oh my god, as a therapist I am here to say DO NOT RECORD YOUR SESSIONS WITHOUT PRIOR CONSENT! This is wildly unethical and would likely resort in termination as a client. Depending on where you live this can also be illegal. Please do not record your therapy sessions without consent, this would be such a betrayal of trust and violation of what should be a safe space…not to mention the violation to your own privacy! Can’t believe this exists, please stay away!!!The privacy policy also states that this is not HIPAA compliant.

I was honestly skeptical when I downloaded at firsy, but I'm impressed with some of the insights it's given me after 5 sessions. Pretty cool information and tracking!
