Instead of restricting yourself with willpower alone, MoveFirst ties your screen time to physical activity, every workout you complete earns minutes you can spend on the apps you want to limit. Spend less time on distracting apps and more time being active. HOW IT WORKS 1. Choose which apps to block: social media, news, games, anything you want to use less. 2. Set a daily activity goal from 1 minute to 2 hours. You decide what counts: running, walking, cycling, strength training, yoga, hiking, swimming, HIIT. 3. Work outs sync through Apple Health. MoveFirst reads activity automatically from any Health-connected app - Apple Watch, Strava, Strong, Peloton, Whoop, and many more. No manual logging. 4. Spend earned minutes. When a blocked app is opened, you'll see a screen with your current balance of screen time minutes earned. Tap to spend a few minutes, or close the app and workout earn more first. PRIVACY MoveFirst reads workout data from Apple Health solely to compute your rewards. We do not read heart rate, sleep, GPS routes, or body measurements. We do not sell your data. We use privacy-conscious product analytics and App Store campaign reporting to improve onboarding, subscriptions, and marketing performance; Apple Health workout data is not shared with analytics providers or used for ad targeting.
