Sauna is an AI assistant built for the stuff you'd rather not be doing. It connects to your tools, learns how you work, and quietly handles the shallow tasks so you can focus on real work.
What it does
• Drafts and sends email replies in your voice\
• Preps you for meetings with context from past threads and docs\
• Runs web research and writes up the findings\
• Summarizes long Slack threads, docs, and email chains\
• Generates documents, slides, and spreadsheets from prompts\
• Builds scheduled tasks that run in the background (every morning, before every meeting, etc.)
How it works
Connect the tools you already use — Gmail, Google Calendar, Slack, Notion, Linear, GitHub, and 2000+ more. Sauna reads the context it needs (with your permission), takes action in those tools, and shows you receipts for everything it does. No black-box agents.
Persistent memory
Sauna remembers how you work. Your preferences, recurring projects, the people you work with. The more you use it, the less you have to re-explain yourself. It also spots patterns — if you do the same thing three times, Sauna offers to automate it.
