Nothing says “customer friendly” quite like charging people before they can even try your app 99% of apps understand the concept of a free trial let people test the product first and then decide if it’s worth paying for but apparently that concept was a little too advanced here 🤡 Calling something a “trial” while requiring payment upfront is basically like saying “here’s your free sample that’ll be $9.99” If your app is really that good let people try it first you shouldn’t have to hold the app hostage behind a payment screen just to prove it’s worth using 🙄
Developer Response
There seems to be a misunderstanding regarding the trial for our AI car designer. We truly want you to have a great experience using our car customizer, and we'd love to help sort this out. Please contact us directly at modyfyai@papsupport.app so we can assist you.
It would s a trap

Horrible product, horrible service. You think you are getting a free trial, but they charge you at a reduced rate and all before you can use the app to determine if it is worth the money. The reduced rate then jumps to $9.99 a week if it is not cancelled. Thus is by design because there is nothing special about this app. There are limited customization tools. This app is a clone of every other car customization app. Everything is pretty set as far as what you can do. There’s absolutely no justification for the price being charged. Steam clear of this POS.
Developer Response
We're sorry to hear this — it sounds like there's been a misunderstanding about how the trial and pricing for our AI car designer work, and that's not the experience we want for anyone using our car customizer. We'd really like to help sort this out, so please reach out to us at modyfyai@papsupport.app.
Extremely Disappointed
Ja GM 31
I downloaded this app because of the advertisement and started the free trial. I canceled literally within the first hour after realizing the app was nothing like what was shown in the ad. Even though I canceled almost immediately, I was still charged around $8.I tried submitting a claim, but they are refusing to refund the charge. The app was completely different from what was advertised. Very misleading and extremely disappointing customer service. I would not recommend this app.
