Green Room is the match-day management app for football administrators and team officials. Built for the moments before kick-off — when squads need confirming, kits need checking, and communication can't afford to go missing.
Match organisers use Green Room to set up fixtures, invite team admins from both clubs, and track squad submissions in real time. Team admins use it to submit their travelling squad, confirm a match-day 11, share kit colours, and message the match organiser — all from their phone.

SQUAD MANAGEMENT
Submit your travelling squad player by player, assign squad numbers, and confirm your starting XI and substitutes. Mark your captain. Changes sync instantly so the match organiser sees every update the moment it's made.
KIT & OFFICIALS
Share home and away kit colours with the organiser ahead of kick-off. View match official assignments directly in the app so there are no surprises on the day.
IN-APP MESSAGING
Every match has a dedicated thread between the organiser and team admins. Get push notifications the moment a message lands and reply without leaving the app — no WhatsApp groups, no email chains.
SHARE & EXPORT
Send your travelling squad or confirmed match-day lineup directly via iMessage, WhatsApp, email, or any other app. One tap, cleanly formatted with squad numbers and captain marked.

Real-time alerts for squad submissions, match-day confirmations, and new messages. The notification badge clears automatically when you open the app — nothing gets missed.
