酒店全场景AI服务与运营中枢
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
StayCore AI brings guest service, front-desk collaboration, content creation and daily hotel operations into one workspace.
NO APP DOWNLOAD FOR GUESTS
Create NFC and QR entry points for rooms and public areas. Guests tap or scan to open the hotel's own web portal and use the multilingual services the hotel has enabled—AI customer service, photo understanding and translation, arrival information, service and complaint tickets, repair requests, lost and found, luggage storage, service ordering, city guides and travel planning—in 15 guest languages.
START WITH TODAY'S WORK
Home is a clean, minimalist operations console: today's tasks, service requests, complaint tickets, orders, messages and review risks in one view. Staff follow progress within the active property instead of switching between scattered pages and group chats.
TRACEABLE FRONT-DESK WORKFLOWS
• Route complaints, service requests and repairs into one ticket path with room numbers, photos and full progress history
• Issue unique luggage-storage codes and QR tickets; staff scan to complete pickup in one step—completely free
• Track package intake, waiting and collection status
• Keep lost-and-found verification and categories clear
• Receive guest service orders while the hotel retains control of offline settlement
PRACTICAL AI TOOLS, ENABLED AS NEEDED
Use hotel photo retouching, OTA content, event invitations, posters, multilingual price signs, review assistance, internal operations surveys, bilingual communication, international guest information, an interactive city map and travel planning. Live credit and subscription prices are always shown inside the app; every paid action confirms the live price and refunds automatically on failure.
MANAGE THE GUEST PORTAL AND BRAND IN ONE PLACE
Configure content, modules, ordering, custom links, brand styling and 15 guest languages in Guest Page Settings, then preview the page guests will actually see. Direct Booking becomes a customizable hotel website with 9 reorderable sections, a location map and curated guest reviews.
DATA, PROPERTIES AND TEAMS
Review module analytics, seven-day trends and operations data in one place. Switch between properties and manage team members and permissions while keeping each hotel's data and configuration isolated.
StayCore AI does not require a complex system rollout before a hotel can begin. Start with one QR entry, one service or one front-desk workflow—and make digital operations useful in everyday work.

【New "Service Ordering" for guests】
- List your hotel's complimentary and add-on services (local specialties, room dining, wake-up calls, water, etc.) on the guest scan page; guests pick items into a cart, add their room number, and order in one
tap — paid offline, no online payment.
- New orders arrive in the message center with a ring alert; the in-tool Order Center shows room number, details, note, total and time in real time, with one-tap "Mark done" and pending/completed filters.
- Redesigned guest ordering page: a left category nav switches in one tap, cards share a clean layout (with or without photos), and the room number is locked to the scanned room; item names, categories,
subtitles and the contact card follow the guest's language (11 languages), with "AI assistant online · transfer to a human anytime".
- Service entries, items and categories can be reordered by long-press drag; item names and descriptions are auto-translated into 11 languages so foreign guests see their own language.
【High-end guest-page redesign】
- 4 curated theme styles — Quiet Luxury, Gallery Minimal, Aurora Glass, Dark Luxury — each with its own backdrop and icon texture, filling the full screen on mobile.
- Pick a theme in Brand Visual settings with live preview (including the background) — what you see is what you get; in dark themes, backgrounds, cards, icons and floating controls all follow automatically, with
no out-of-place light blocks.
- Polished the room-service portal: hotel info in one tidy row, more compact guide text, smaller refined images, and removed contact info and check-out time that duplicated the footer.
【Push notification sounds】
- Distinct sounds for complaints/urgent, chat messages and service alerts — distinguishable even on the lock screen; complaint and escalation alerts are time-sensitive (they break through Focus mode) and show
full content on the lock screen.
【Onboarding & polish fixes】
- Only one walkthrough shows at a time; fixed stacked popups on the home screen and black-screen overlays during first load on several pages, and corrected several tools' walkthrough copy.
- Removed an extra translucent panel behind the guest contact section; background animation now respects the system Reduce Motion / Low Power setting; custom third-party entry names now switch with language;
phones set to Traditional Chinese (Hong Kong / Taiwan) open in Traditional Chinese.
【More】
- Tourist Assistant is now available only to mainland-China properties (it serves inbound visitors to China; overseas properties hide its entry).
- Travel Planner "Save PDF" now works everywhere: a high-fidelity PDF is generated on the server so guests can save or print the full itinerary on any phone, and shared links no longer expire after 2 hours.

What's New
New "Studio" home
- Land on a live preview of exactly what guests see after scanning; theme colors, service entries and guest-facing content update in the preview the moment you change them.
- A new operations to-do bar shows pending complaints, unanswered messages and parcels awaiting pickup — each tappable to jump straight in.
- A new analytics hub gathers each module's insights (reviews, complaints, surveys, guest profiles, parcels, city maps and more) in one place; disabled modules are hidden automatically.
Lock-screen live unread alerts
- iOS Live Activity (lock screen + Dynamic Island) shows pending service chats and unanswered messages at a glance, auto-updating even when the app is closed, with one-tap buttons to
handle them; toggle in Notification Settings.
Refreshed guest scan pages
- The hotel portal now surfaces a "Contact Hotel" entry and key service shortcuts right at the top — no scrolling; a clearer in-page contact card replaces the floating chat button
across all guest pages.
- WiFi, check-out time and front-desk phone are condensed into one quick-info row; the FAQ section is collapsed by default to match the other sections.
Cleaner toolbox
- Tools are now grouped into "Guest-facing" and "Management" so you reach the right tool in one tap.
More
- The AI assistant now fully follows your app language (all 11 supported).
- Package Station: parcels unclaimed over 24h are flagged "Overdue", those over 7 days trigger a daily reminder; fixed parcel photo preview.
- Retired the community tab to keep the bottom navigation focused; its slot now hosts a clearer AI assistant entry.
1.15 Jun 21
【Faster start for new users】
- First-time users land on code-based sign-in; new emails get an account automatically after verification, with 100 bonus credits shown right on the sign-in page.
- Lighter sign-up: just email, code and password — hotel details moved to the optional onboarding step.
- The sign-in page now rotates product highlights and offers a browse-first button.
【Staycore AI Copilot】
- Fully localized: tool cards, data summaries, image confirmations and error messages all follow your app language.
- Capability cards are now color-coded by type.
【Generation experience】
- Failed generations across booking SMS, posters, invitations and tourist pages now show an inline reason with a Retry button — your inputs are kept.

- Review Analysis: progress card for deep analysis, 5,000-row import cap, dismissible reply-SLA badge.
- Event Invitations: fixed stale dropdowns after switching language or hotels; native date formats in 7 more languages.
- Fixed an edge case where OTA session AI quota could be over-consumed.
【Messages & community】
- Unread items in the message center get a colored edge stripe; new back-to-top button; haptic feedback on filters and swipes.
- Community tags color-coded, hot posts flagged, author badges and view counts added.
【Overall polish】
- The toolbox remembers your last category and sort, tints icons by category, searches more smoothly and supports pull-to-refresh.
- Brand-new Bellboy illustrations for empty states, errors and celebrations; shield-style tier badges.
- Guest chat messages show a failed state with tap-to-retry; UI follows language switches instantly.
- Fixed complaint quick buttons carrying over after switching hotels.
1.14 Jun 12
- App-wide times now follow the hotel's local time zone (Beijing for China / local overseas).
- Staycore AI Copilot: free-quota badge restored & clearer (Free 20/day, Basic 50/day,
Advanced+ unlimited); tappable short links, no fabricated links/codes; consistent data time
windows.
1.13 Jun 5
Improved user experience and fixed bugs.
1.12 Jun 2
Fixed AI Operations Copilot fabricating short links and display codes; replies now only cite real URLs, room numbers, and tool names from your hotel's actual data.
Aligned AI Operations Copilot answers with the user's current language across all 11 supported locales; no more Simplified Chinese leaking into Japanese, Korean, or Traditional Chinese replies.
Short links inside AI Operations Copilot replies are now tappable and open directly in the browser or in-app.
Tool names referenced by AI Operations Copilot are now translated per user language instead of showing internal codes.
Fixed the Inbound Tourist Assistant not appearing on the guest-facing H5 portal even when its switch was on; existing hotels were backfilled.
Unified the "StayCore AI" wordmark across login, splash, workspace, toolbox, and Copilot screens so proportions, weight, and the AI badge are now identical everywhere.
1.1 May 31
Fixed the guest-facing H5 language switcher overlapping the AAA font-size buttons on mid-width iPhone screens; long language labels now ellipsize correctly.
Fixed Package Station recognition and note image preview failures; waybill and note photos now display properly.
PMS connection codes can now be manually edited while keeping one-tap generate and copy; added a PMS coming-soon card to AI Operations Copilot settings.
Completion chimes for self-started tasks now play once instead of looping, while front-desk alerts for new messages, complaints, and surveys still repeat until viewed.
Fixed legacy hotel amenities compatibility and WebSocket hotel owner authorization for more reliable notifications and AI Operations Copilot access.

StayCore AI Update
New AI Operations Copilot
The AI Operations Copilot summarizes today’s key tasks as soon as you open StayCore AI, including overdue parcels, reviews awaiting replies, unresolved complaints, failed image edits, and expiring subscriptions. Items are ranked by urgency so hotel teams can act on what matters first.
You can ask operational questions directly, such as complaint counts, pricing status, guest nationality mix, or booking trends. Answers are based only on real system data, with no fabricated figures or fake links. Related records and short links are real and tappable.
The copilot can also help with daily actions through natural language commands, such as “change Deluxe Room to 580,” “draft a booking SMS,” or “add an FAQ.” It prepares a draft or action preview first, and only runs after confirmation.
It supports 11 languages: Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean, French, German, Spanish, Russian, Thai, and Malay. Tool names and action prompts follow the selected language, making it easier for international hotel teams to use.
Coming Soon: PMS Integration
StayCore AI will support a secure read-only PMS connection via PMS key, allowing it to fetch room status, pricing, and booking snapshot data. It will not write back to the PMS or bypass the hotel’s approval process. Any changes to pricing, room status, or bookings will still go through PMS approval.
Once connected, the AI Operations Copilot’s “Today’s Priorities” and analytics will be powered by live room status, real-time pricing, and the latest booking data. For example, it can flag upcoming bookings with missing or unusual information, abnormal price changes, low-inventory room types, and guests requiring follow-up.
The connection channel is ready and will be activated once the PMS system goes live.
