I love the new design! Feels so modern & makes access super easy!

Should have left it alone. What is all this gobbledygook on the front page? It isn’t seamless. My account information is buried. I had to completely re-log in with a whole new password and use my account number which is sketchy. You know who can’t use this any more… my mother. My boomer mother. Who now has to rely on me to do it because you gooped it up with extra stuff no one needs and it isn’t user friendly. I understand you don’t care about the older generations and you are just waiting for them to die so you can computer generate our whole lives. THIS IS AN OUTRAGE!

Lost the ability to do batch transfers on the business account, plus you cannot write any memos for any future transfers. Bank teller confirmed that these features are not available due to how the developer set it up. For modern age banking that’s unacceptable. Not being able to note what my future transfer is for pretty much forced my hand to change banks when I didn’t want to. Very disappointed.

Mobile deposits used to be nice. Now, it does not recognize the amount or the signature on the back most of the time. Every check I have to try to deposit multiple time. Some eventually get accepted. Some I haven’t got to accept yet, even though it’s entered correct. The bad part, if the app doesn’t recognize it there no bypass to get an actual human to look at it.
